Who processes your data
The data controller is MediAzione Italia Srl, operating the site tgads.eu. For any question about your data, write to hello@tgads.eu.
What we collect
Only what you type into the brief form: your name, your product or niche, your monthly ad budget range, and the Telegram handle or email you want a reply on. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not collect payment data here.
Why we process it and on what basis
We use the data solely to answer your request and prepare a launch plan. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How it reaches us
The form does not send anything by itself: pressing the button copies your brief and opens a chat with us on Telegram, where you send it yourself. From that moment the message is also processed by Telegram under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Correspondence about a request is kept for up to 24 months from the last message, then deleted. If we sign a contract, the data is kept for the term required by accounting and tax law.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside our team, except the service providers we need to reply to you (Telegram, our email provider). We do not sell data and do not pass it to advertisers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@tgads.eu — we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
